Aeriwayan "Pomp" Pomp'les'te'riel (he/him) is a character played by Darrell (he/him) in the fiction one-shot ran for Keiran's birthday, The Cloudwhistle Celebration. He is a high half-elf fiend warlock with the noble background.
Description
Pomp has brown skin and golden eyes. He has very delicate features and slightly pointed ears. His hair is lighter brown at the root but gets darker as it goes out. He dresses lavishly wearing expensive suits and robes usually accented with gold to flaunt his wealth.
Aeriwayan Pomp'les'te'riel is nothing if not extravagant. He wears the fanciest clothes, own the nicest things, and makes sure everyone knows it. He is arrogant and a showoff, trying to always be the center of attention. However, he is before all else an emotional coward who will run at the first sign of danger.
Backstory
Pomp is the illegitimate child of a wealthy High Elf family. He spent his early life living with that family and was treated rather well all things considered. Pomp always had a lust for power and prestige that led him to making some deals with some unsavory beings using his family's wealth (and maybe his soul) as collateral. He worked with Devils and Demons to create essentially a fiend temp agency where, for a monetary price, people could temporarily gain unholy power. This made him fabulously wealthy and that wealth needed to be protected. For this reason, he hired mercenaries and bodyguards to keep his assets protected. One of these bodyguards ended up being the most beautiful woman he had ever seen, Raka, Pomp was immediately smitten by her capability as well as her looks and eventually they were married. All was well for a time until a new devil entered his employment, Andromeda, she was a beauty second only to Raka but her promises of power lured Pomp away from his wife. Pomp became more and more distant to Raka which ultimately led to their divorce.
