Tuatha Dé Danann

The elvish godly pantheon is one of the oldest and holds a deep connection with the world and all who inhabit it, besides elves the orcs also worship these deities trusting in their kind earthly nature.

Dagda

King of the Tuatha Dé Danann, Tír nAill the realm of the gods, the god of Magic and lord of all the druids, he is the god that granted druids their gifts of magic and they honour him for it even if they worship a different racial patheon themselves. His magical cauldron is said to leave everyone who ate from it satisfied.

Taranis

The god of thunder, lightning and storms for the elves. He carries a thunderbolt which he uses to create lightning and an 8 spoked chariot wheel that channels his power through.

Dian Cécht

The son of Dagda and god of healing. He ministers the injured in a curative healing well and a garden where he grows medicinal herbs. He is however very envious of other gods of healing and life. Always striving to be better than they are.

Brigid

The daughter of Dagda and goddess of peace. She is also adored by poets as the goddess of poetry and her virtue noble beyond all others. She also cares for all domesticated animals as well and gave birth to three sons Brian, Luchar and Lucharba who set out to kill Cian the father of Lugh out of revenge for their father Tuireann who despised Cian.

Goibniu

Brother to Dian Cécht and the metalsmith of the Tuatha De Danann. He brought metallurgy and the art of the forge, carpentry and crafting to the elves. Hailed by all craftsmen of the elves and orcs in hopes that their works will be as great.

Cernunnos

The antlered god of animals and the wilds. Cernunnos is friend to all those that thrive in nature, he is a peaceful god who often isolates himself from others. Prefering to spend his time caring for animals and nature than dealing in godly politics. Elves honour him by playing the carnyx horn.

Cerridwen

Goddess of the moon, rebirth and tranformations. She is heralded by those who seek to better themselves, however this may not always end how they envisioned. Druid circles dedicated to mutation, warlocks who adopted parasitic patrons and all others look to evolve must thank or curse Cerridwen.

Ecne

The god of knowledge and wisdom, he has three fatheres Brian, Luchar and Lucharba who were all sons of Brigid who bestowed their knowledge onto Ecne who absorbed all their essence and wisdom upon their deaths at the hand of Lugh.

Arawn

The god king of the lowest realm of otherworld Annwan and winter, he cares for all the souls of the elves and orcs that pass away and guide them over to Annwn a realm of eternal youth, delights, ever-abundant food, void of disease and suffering. It resides down in the roots of the world tree where he cares for all it's residents.

Lugh

God of the sun and light, Lugh is also known as a powerful warrior, a god of justice, and sometimes a trickster god. He is the most powerful of Tuatha Dé Danann second only to Dagda and Morrigan, he proved his worth to Nuada and fought alongside him in the war with the Aesir slaying many einherjar and going toe to toe with Tyr. He created magical spear which is supposed to win every battle it was fought with.

Nuada

The first king of the Tuatha Dé Danann and god of twilight and hunting, his rule was personified by declaring war on the Aesir the jotnar gods during which he challenged the god Thor to combat resulting in him losing an arm and being carried from the battlefield by Dagda's soldiers. He was no longer eligible to be king and so Dagda took over, while Dian Cécht and Goibniu crafted him a replacement arm of silver.

Morrigan

The envious shape shifter wife of Dagda she is the goddess of war, death and fate. In the heat of battle an elvish or orcish warrior may incite her to gift them the strength to carry on fighting, however this normally proceeds them dying a particularly violent death as this is the fate she foresaw for them. Crows are eyes and ears in the mortal realm and are often the creatures she will shapeshift into most.

Danu

Mother to all the Tuatha Dé Danann, she is the oldest and wisest of them. She is goddess of the rivers and skilled in magic she is possibly the most poweful of them all. However she has be absent for so long that some question whether she is still alive or not.
