Lady in the Stars

The Lady in the Stars is a mystery. She foresees what must happen for the good of all, and she acts. But her actions are the movements of a butterfly flapping or the bumped elbow that spilled the drink. You do not know when she has acted.
Her brother the Man on the Moon is known for his great power, but it is rumored her foresight gives her power greater than him. Before the death of her sister the Lady in the Forest, she was known to work closely with her.
