The ground floor is serving as a command center for the Shadowstone Brigade who have formed a somewhat uneasy alliance with Dean of Abjuration Caldyn Skyshot.
The tower is the highest point in the area, and the stairs to the top lead to a platform that allows the Shatterstone Brigade a clear view of the area. Dean Skyshot keeps the rest of the doors locked and refuses to let anyone through them at this time.
