The Sicle Soldiers

1. These merchants, farmers and their guards are the law of Wanderer's Rest. Ironically, they operate as vigilantes without the recognition or blessing of Chant or his 'Council'. They are the closest thing to order the town has. They don't have a structured leadership as such instead opperating in cells throughout the city. Many of its members joined for personal reasons, after losing loved ones, homes and businessess to the cruel city. However they recruit from some of the smaller villages using somewhat aggressive tactics leading them not to be well loved by the surrounding settlements as their "for greater good" mentality, often leaving crying widows and weeping mothers in their wake.
