Tom Soggins

Owner of Tranquil Tea Emporium and Networking agent for the Silent Veil. He operates the TTE as a legitimate business but also has a secret side entrance for meetings with the silent veil operatives. He has connections across the city as well as across Stoze through his years of trade in the tea industry. His older unassuming appearance allows him to avoid suspicion and make him the perfect candidate for the networking as well since there are always new people coming in and out of his business.
