Rider Kana-Meterane KoeNari

Meterane was born in Hoksiout, a small Hecathe standpoint with nothing of much notice, except that it was also the birthplace of Oonna-Netepachi LilaLila, later to be known as World-Soul Oonna, who was then pregnant with her first child. Oonna was then thinking of becoming a Mother and was given the duty of raising Meterane, which she did with care.
When Meterane reached 20, she had had an unusual upbringing even by Nyan standards, as she knew time-flow and time-stop history, but it had not taken from her time polishing her fighting skill, as she had been taught as to be a Death-Gifter - a Hunter for the clan. She stayed a Death-Gifter for fifteen years before she applied to give birth, and she was glad to recieve a quick positive answer ; but after eight years, as she had not yet been able to concieve, she came back to the material world for what she thought was forever. Named Culled at that time, she grew into the spot and perfected her arts for one hundred two years.
By then she was a much older woman, despite her young body (still somewhat old by Nyan standards). She had experience and basically an elder of the village she protected. And she felt her time to go had come. World-Soul Oonna visited at that juncture, bearing the mission to convince Meterane to accept a promotion to Rider she had been refusing for decenies ; and this time, Meterane accepted. She then became World-Soul Oonna's student for fifteen years until now, now that she had been given her fist mission as a full-fledged cat-bound Rider.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Medium size and weight by Nyanners standards, although she's from a somewhat small-sized ethnicity. Emerald green eyes, crystal black hair and shining amber skin make for a rather metallic look, that turns shining white in Time-Stop. She's agile and strong due to a long training and has rather androgenous features. Like many Nyanners she makes an extensive use of make-up when in mission to blend in.

Facial Features

Smooth skin, oval face, small cute nose distinctive to her Nyanner ethnicity, round eyes but monolid eyelids meaning she tends to figure as Asian despite their vibrant green colour, plump lips. While each feature is nice, they make an unusual mix, and she's rarely describe as pretty. She does compensate with extensive make-up that makes her look more doll-like when in mission, but outside her duties or when dealing with time-locked people she doesn't bother.

Identifying Characteristics

Mini-horn like protuberances above the hears, hidden by hair. Nail is normally crystal black as her hair and looks like onyx so in mission she covers it with appropriate make-up - she hasn't had run-ins with the Modern Gothic yet.

Physical quirks

Dominant hand is right. She tends to have supple, feline walk pattern when she doesn't watch is, which would mark her as anything but the normal, honest, modest girl to unaccostumed eyes: gymnast, prostitute, pin-up? To the initiate eye, she's simply a Nyan Rider. Tends to fix people without batting eyelashes - for extended periods of time.

Contacts & Relations

As a Rider, stays neutral in most matters, or sticks to instructions from Hecathe. However, she is preceded by her reputation of being a relation of World-Soul Oonna.
Personal friend of the Fyunal couple (Lumen) and Emilie Poisson (head of Nostalgia).

Family Ties

Cat Bond is Sepharade, a female angora. The Void infusion granted her distinctive silver strays to her fur and blue eyes slightly more shining than they should be. In the void, her fur turns a vibrant, flaming red. She likes eating, sleeping, hunting, playing, and bossing humans around. She considers Meterane as either a belonging or a cub depending her mood, and will be fiercely protective. She will pick fights with humans, dogs, cats and anything she percieves breaches her territorial supremacy. She even has a habbit of winning.
Blood relatives died long ago - some of old age, some of illness or accidents, including the Mothers who raised her; save for Oonna which is still very much alive and for all purpose and intent a sort of elder sister.

Religious Views

Strong affinity with Nyan spirituality. By formation, deep knowledge of 19th century christian confessions. By hoppy, knows a decent bit of East-Asia cultures.

Social Aptitude

Friendly but quiet, open and attentive if not attentist. Makes next to no effort to play any act of social aptitude when outside of mission; because of that, she tends to make out as wierd. You know, staring people, meditate every sentence before saying it.

Wealth & Financial state

A contract between Hecathe and Nostalgia ensures she has what she needs for her mission provided by the Standpoint; Hecathe has paid some symbolic money and will later do a favour yet unstated. As such, in Nostalgia itself, she benefits from personnal accomodation with other diplomatic staff in Hôtel Gallimard.

Last student of World-Soul Oonna, Meterane has long served as a Death-Gifters, and even longer as a Culled. While her body is 28 years-old, she has seen one hundred and two winters before starting her journey as a Rider.
