Magister for the Conjuration class
Due to an accident with a teleportation spell he was deformed. His body shrunk to the size of a halfling or gnome. This status was unable to be cured and he still received treatment for not shrinking anymore.
Because of this rather painful experiance he is very clear to make people know, that he is not a gnome and how important it is to be careful while perparing and performing a spell. None of the other Magister is as careful when it comes to safety as him.
