Dull Lips Beget Panther or 'Lips' for short is a currently wanted criminal and famed Circuit assassin.
A trained weaver, Lips was self taught and specifically furnished her abilities to reach through the threads of fate to make contact with a creature of hunger on the other side that she feeds her unwitting foes to.  Such is the hunger of this entity that no trace is ever left of the individuals that Lips kills which turned her into a reliable and ruthless assassin that drew fame for their unique killing method and heavy reliance on weaving, a practise derived from The Wheel and The Sage which brought them under scrutiny. However, Lips drew far too much fame to her name and it led to her actions being closely monitored at all times with manhunts regularly taking place to apprehend her. Lips is currently chasing the famed 'Hidden Son' contract in the hopes of it's reward giving her the resources to change her identity.
