Baron Wailter

Baron Wailter- Human, owner of the sapphire fields farming and a member of the 'The Industrious' a group looking to return a god of industry, Wailter was a pot-bellied man who had a silvered and clinical looking-dagger like soul arm that would split and send shards of metal to puncture and harm his enemies, something he also used to pin his enemies to walls as a method of torture as seen by Haven Nightingale before she killed him.
Notably, Wailter's left eye was taken by Haven due to the strange gear style symbol in it.
