Cecil Flickerwick

Cecil Flickerwick was once held captive in a travelling circus, starved and beaten into submission. Eventually, he mustered the courage to escape by stealing the circus's hot air balloon and riding it wherever the wind carried him. After crashing into the Blackridge Mountains and being rescued by a handful of adventurers, he found a home in Aberystwyth, where he uses that same hot air balloon for a transport service he called "The Zephyr Express".
