Tull'a Rahm
Tull'a Rahm (a.k.a. Rahm Tull)
Tull'a Rahm is an Elf that lives a very quiet and secluded life in the dark and seedy neighborhood of Gallows Square in the City of Arksloth. He is 675-years-old and is a renegade member of the Drowkin exiles of Dro'eladrim that was forced from his kith and kin by a death sentence imposed on him by his father.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Very gaunt and thin for an Elf, who are typically lithe but very strong and muscular. For reasons not fully understood by anyone other than himself, Rahm looks much older than other Elves significantly older than he is.
Identifying Characteristics
Rahm has chosen to ignore the cultural norm of most Elves in wearing their hair long and loose, and instead chooses to keep it cut quite short, making his already pronounced ears even more noticable.
Special abilities
Rahm has the arcane knowledge of how to capture the life essence of a person at the moment of physical death. He has learned the process of formulating a poison that causes an excruciating death that forces the victim's spiritual essence out of the body through a flow of bloody tears. Collecting and consuming these tears allows Rahm to add the victim's essence and strength to his own, and with each consumption of these bloody tears Rahm grows in his intellectual and magical abilities by an order of magnitude.
He uses his knowledge and abilities to kill people for the criminal syndicate known as the Lovelies and collects a massive fee for each murder. Once the poison is consumed by the victim, Rahm collects and consumes the tears and earns a huge fee in the process. His potions are utterly deadly and since the very life essence of the victim is collected in the process, there is no cure or treatment for the victim at all.

Personal history
Rahm was born in the Drowkin City of Dro'eladrim to Tull'a Rahb and his third wife, Jez. At the celebration for his 100th birthday, Rahm was gifted a very rare tome of magical knowledge that allowed Rahm to discover a formula for a deadly poison that killed its victims by driving their life's essence out of their bodies with tears of excruciating pain and suffering. By consuming these tears, Rahm learned he could gain the essence contained within the tears and add to his own magical ability and natural intelligence.
For the next 125 years, Rahm practiced his brutal theft of people's lives by kidnapping the slaves of other Drowkin within Dro'eladrim and stealing their souls and consuming them. He then started taking other Elves, thinking that the more life contained within the tears, the more power he could consume. He was eventually caught and tried for his crimes, with his father presiding over the trial as the ruling Archon of Polis'aloth. Rahm was found guilty and condemned to death but escaped and fled the Drowkin city.
Since that time, Rahm has traveled from city to city and sold his abilities and talents to the highest bidder. While he is paid large sums of gold to kidnap and kill specific targets, he also collects and consumes the souls of his victims and grows in power and ability.
