Sheriff Liam Tully (a.k.a. Old Gaff)
The Sheriff of Oakfield Shire is Liam Tully, an 80-year-old Halfling that was born and raised in the shire since its founding. He has outlived two wives and raised six children. He is very popular in the small community that is the Town of Oakfield, and he rarely ever carries his sheriff's staff.
Liam is a firm but very fair judge of the Shire, and sits his official Bench as Judge monthly for each of the three settlements of the Shire.
