The Blue Orchid Society

The Blue Orchids are an exclusive group of young artists, almost all of noble origin. While there is some attempt at art going on, the society is mostly an excuse for bored aristocrats to lounge around and partake in various drugs. In the name of artistic inspiration, of course.
The society plans to host a dragon-themed exhibit alongside the Song family summer ball at the end of the month. Sekket, Tera and Shinzu crafted a large dragon-shaped incense burner out of metal, painted and embellished with silver, to get into the society's good graces. This will be shown off along with other paintings and sculptures at the ball.
The society's greatest work is a dress made of mostly blue dragon scales, which is being slowly completed by the handmaiden Meimi. On investigating parts of the dress at the Blue Orchid headquarters and Meimi's house the group discovered some of the scales were fake, but that it also includes what looks like pseudodragon, kobold and dragonborn scales.

Notable NPCs:

Shula Song: Youngest daughter of the wealthy Song family. The queen bee of the orchids, Shula comes across as confident and beautiful, but vain. She does appear to have a measure of artistic talent. She claims to have designed the dragon dress, but has left the actual crafting to her handmaiden Meimi. Impressed with the artwork and substances the group produced, Shula gave everyone invitations to the Dragon Ball.
Rou Morokata: Something of a second-in-command to Shula, Rou is a complete hedonist, and distinctly more interested in the substances part of the society rather than the artistic side. Rou mentioned that he was a middle son and is often forgotten about by his parents, but doesn't mind this too much as he can get away with anything.
As of the party's trip to the feywild it was revealed that Rou dreamed of nothingness, and was pleased to have done so, suggesting there is more to him than his pleasure-seeking demeanour.
Setsuna offered to help Lun in exchange for him setting up a meeting between her and Rou. She stated that he wished for oblivion while completely understanding what that entailed, and that intrigued her. Lun and Kyto met with Rou and attempted to talk him out of meeting Setsuna but when it became obvious that he would go ahead they decided not to tell Rou of her whereabouts, causing him to leave in anger. He is currently on bad terms with the group.
Meimi Soone: Shula's handmaiden, her family having served the Song family for generations. Shula described her as 'a bit of a drip' but mentioned she'd also undergone a change in personality since commencing work on the dress, becoming singularly focused on the task.
After meeting her in person, Meimi claimed she had designed the dress herself, and implied that she was getting fed up of working for Shula. Her apartment was filled with hundreds of sketches of the dress among other fantastical creations and creatures, as well as many pictures of a black and white dragonborn labelled 'Mojin'.
Shinzu observed Meimi leaving her house in the dead of night and followed her to a nearby pond, where Meimi began sketching. A passing human shapeshifted into a black and white dragonborn and met up with her, and the two exchanged conversation. Although Shinzu didn't hear everything, they discussed that the dress was nearly complete, that Mojin planned for Meimi to wear it instead of Shula and that she would be 'the star of the ball'. Mojin grew suspicious of someone listening in however, and Shinzu had to depart before learning anything further.
