Its metal is mixed with the blood of its creator and etched with sigils creates the spell bound into the material that allows it to protect and heal its creator's family.

History

It was made by Belladonna Foxglove's grandmother as a gift to her daughter. She then passed it down to her daughter, Bella, who passed it on to her daughter Aideen who holds on to it at the moment.

Significance

It is an important protective item for this family, passed down from eldest daughter to eldest daughter and capable of healing members of their bloodline no matter their injuries. 
For Aideen it also holds a sentimental significance as a link to her mother who she barely remembers.

Raw materials & Components

• Iron - A common componant in Blood Magic for its special qualities. 
• Gold and Silver - used for ornimentation and protection night and day. 
• Hematite - two small round stones are used in it design which have been said to represent the two children of each of the eldest daughters, Belladonna Foxglove added a pearl to the decoration to represent her third child. 
• Blood of the creator - to bind the majic to her family.

Annie  had the magical skills required to bend the metal at her will and did not need any tools to make this item apart from the ones used for her magic.
