Milo Stashed

Milo is the thief boy that Mary returns to Flitwick, he is a tiefling bard who constantly used disguises and illusions to survive on the streets of Chilldamned though he is not yet a Newar. 
He is a 3rd level character, 1 level of bard and 2 levels rogue and is a skilled pickpocket, beggar and busker. He caught Mary attempting to break into Davin Starly's now abandoned mansion when he helped her pick the lock and escape the guards still around the area whilst accompanying her to the mansion and not stealing any loot for himself. 
He is likely to be the start of Mary attempting to build her criminal syndicate within Montegue's mansion.
