Structure
The 3 richest individuals of the Duchy receive the honorary title of Trade Baron and it is the Trade Barons who retail rule. They maintain individual goals, mostly ensuring that their fiefdoms become successful generating more income or product under themselves. Since the Trade Barons are rivals, they will often attempt to learn about the others doing and attempt to counteract if it effects themselves personally.
Culture
The Trade Lands is an open society and ones self worth tends to rely on how much an individual can produce. They have the spirit of trade in their hearts and their capitol city is the largest trade hub within the hemisphere.
