Cailleach's sweater

Plot points/Scenes

First, gather at the Snowflake cathedral so the PC's can meet and ask the Quest's details from James Ballot such as who and where is Cirb?
The second point is to travel during which they'll encounter some minor fiends who don't want them to succeed. (give bell?)
The last point is for them to find Cirb and hopefully negotiate with him to obtain the wool. After this, they can return to the Snowflake cathedral and claim their reward.

Themes

Use lots of winter things such as snow, maybe some sheep and goat related things and mostly annoying little demons and devils as enemies.

Structure

Exposition

The Winter Queen's favourite sweater was stolen by a lesser devil who serves the Archdevil Fierna in a foolish attempt to draw her attention. However, his careless fiery touch accidentally set the thing on fire and burned it to a crisp. He then fled back to hell and Cailleach is currently rampaging through the underworld to freeze him out of his hiding place. This rampage is what causes the terrible weather in the mortal realm as well.
To Appease the Queen of winter and keep her from starting a new ice age, the Snowflake cathedral is determined to knit her a new midwinter sweater and quell her anger. The former sweater was made by the earliest followers of her little sister Brigid to honour the siblings' relation. To get a sweater of similar (emotional) worth the old hag's priests want to use the wool of Brigid's ram Cirb for a new sweater.

Conflict

The PC's have to quickly find Cirb and bring back his wool without harming the relationship between the two sisters and before entire towns are snowed under.

Rising Action

As time goes by, the weather becomes worse and annoying little demons and little followers of other archdevils keep getting in their way in hopes of Cailleach freezing Fierna and Belial in eternal ice before she's appeased. However, these archdevils do not dare to make to big a movement for this in fear of attracting the creator god's ire instead.

Climax

If the PC's do manage to find Cirb and obtain his wool they have a chance to gain Cirb's protection on the way back.
On a grander scale, for the world, the moment the PC's deliver the wool to be spun to the Snowflake cathedral it will draw Cailleach's attention. At this point the snowstorm will slowly dwindel and winter will resume its normal intensity.
