Suit of the Great Alti

Suits of armour worn by almost all soldiers of the Alti Dominion. Although they are heavy, large and bulky, they are motor powered meaning that little weight actually falls on the user.  
The name of these suits of armour only serves propaganda purposes and is typically painted blue and dark grey - the colours of the Dominion. 
These suits of armour can withstand significantly higher volumes of fire, seeing they are made of the dominions classic metal alloys that are very strong and heavy.
Soldiers wearing these suits provide comfort to any civilian population nearby as they know theyll be safe with the military around. The suits also provide a morale boost to the soldiers using it as they know they dont have to carry a weight - such as their weapon, food rations, ect. themselves. 
Suits like these are powered by miniaturized fusion reactors and a compressed hydrogen fuel tank. Hydrogen is explosive however - many enemies of the dominion have been trained to shoot their weak spot on the back of the armour to make the soldier explode. This said, the dominion improved the armouring on that part of the armour, but nothing is ever invincible in battle.
These suits of armour are different depending on the body proportions and species of the individual using it. Traxilax rarely use it because they force other species to fight for them. There are occasions where a traxilax did join the military.
