Aros

The leader of the space Harkas Midworldian state of the Unified Arkan Council. 

Aros is also a space harkas midworldian, and is almost 5 m long. He has recently been elected as leader so is considered inexperienced by other leaders. However, they have a strong will to help his people and the UAC. Aros is most often seen 'wearing' a set of clothes that is actually a colony organism. This way, the organism covers most of his body (not the radiators or face), and cannot wear regular clothes easily due to complex harkas anatomy.

Aros got into power from a democratic style election, having won the popular vote at 57%, very narrowly defeating the opposition. They promised to improve UAC and HF life by advocating new, innovative biotechnologies to be used on harkas bioships of all sorts, allowing them to defeat invading forces more easily. This is a big issue for the HF, which often finds itself a target of genocide.

Aros also wants to use these biotechnologies to make UAC healthcare even more effective. So far, this early in his career he has not been able to fulfill any of these, but already attempts to. Aros is in the early stages of organizing a large scale effort to improve UAC bioengineering, putting a lot of effort into R&D.
