Daemon
The Original Daemons were the children of mortals who, desperate for power would beseech the aid of full blooded demons, who would agree on the condition that they would be able to inhabit the contractee's future children, allowing them to walk the material plane and wreak havoc until they would be killed. Eventually a distraught parent fearful of what would become of their child regretting the deal they had made would beseech the aid of the Gods and was granted a miracle, though the body of the child would be tainted with the physicality of its demonic patron it would live to become its own person.
Through the years more cases similar to that of the first Daemon appeared and more people would turn to religion to help correct the error of their contracts causing more of these Daemons who would eventually have descendants of their own passing down certain traits of their demon patrons who would stew in rage and hatred of those that had their gifts yet didn't allow them to inhabit the vessels that were created just for them. Though the stigma has widely passed many of the other races are still wary of the Daemons based on the tales of nightmarish beings in a Daemon mortal coil. Daemon are widely spread out and of many different sentient origins thus making them some of the most diverse looking race, Tieflings can only give birth to tieflings no matter the parentage.
There is much debate surrounding one of the members of the original party of heroes who discovered the Abyss on whether or not they deserved the title of Hero or Bandit. Ultimately the hero in question was recognized for their bravery and forgiven for their...colorful past; Dellana. Dellana before being recruited into the original party could only be described as Volatile, early in her life she lived as a pit fighter and mercenary when she amassed a certain amount of infamy she became the leader of a criminal syndicate ruling with strength alone. She only joined the Originals after refusing an offer from Topolino Maltrizia ended up joining after losing in combat to Addilene Eidon and determined for a proper rematch would join the band of heroes on their journey.
