Blended

The Blended are Any Sentient born of any combination of the races. Often they form their own gangs to protect one another forming strong almost familial bonds no matter the mix up of their parentage. Every city typically has a gang of blended, and though not an official group it is typically known that if one of their kind is wrongly treated or harassed they are quick to rally together and give a swift and effective response; sometimes as simple as a boycott by all blended or even going as far as to incite such chaos that the city officials must intervene which typically results in the expulsion of the offenders. Should one of their own be the instigator in a conflict the blended usually work out an agreement with local law enforcement to deal with those who would further shame their "family" using internal means the respect of their kind is the most important thing to them and honor is greatly valued.

The Chimera, a shifter of great infamy widely wanted across the world on counts of murder, theft, kidnapping and a slew of other charges which all fall under one grand crime for them; Vigilantism. The Chimera does not believe in law enforcement believing it to be vulnerable to corruption unlike their own beliefs. When the downtrodden and forgotten are mistreated, when the rich and powerful abuse of their stations or connections, when the hands of the law are tied behind inconclusive evidence and doubt this is when The Chimera emerges. Fully equipped with all kinds of all naturally made tools they stalk their prey no matter the environment whether urban or natural, tundra or desert no guilty can escape the versatility of... The Chimera.
