The Chimera

"The Chimera" a name whispered in legends from those off the criminal world as an omen against doing anything too heinous. To any who would grow too powerful as to rise above the laws of common men and women and that stray too far from morality they can be sure they will meet the Chimera....but only once. the myths say the Chimera was raised by monsters far far away from any sentient settlements, they also say that the Chimera was the child of a powerful lawmaker, few would say that the Chimera was actually a monster itself much like the name suggests born and raised to kill for an eccentric criminal mastermind.
If anyone actually knows anything concrete about the origins of The Chimera it would be the original heroes, who by all accounts would just all pile on more and more absurd rumors while giggling to themselves earning a stifled laugh from The Chimera. The Chimera before meeting the originals would roam the world investigating any rumors and venture forth not to bring them to face the law of men but the only law above that, the law of the strong. The chimera would painstakingly plan out a heist and then train and practice it until the time was right, then the Chimera would execute it typically flawlessly. The Chimera had an assortment of strange gear and equipment that nobody knew what it would actually do. The Chimera was as efficient an outdoor hunter as he was an urban Detective.
