Oracle Silverbrow- Council Member of Setessa
Council Member, High Seer (a.k.a. The Oracle)
The fifth member of the Setessan Council is Silverbrow, a centaur oracle who reads the Kelema Veil at the Nexuses of the Seasons and advises action based on her visions. Powerful and curious, quick to act, and knowledgeable of the wider world, she seeks to help others experience life’s boundless bounty.

Often dons nothing or simple plant covering for the chest if she's going into battle, curving green and white tattoos across her entire body, will also often don war paint or ritual paint when using her gifts or fighting

she's deaf and reads lips; because she is a centaur she also has to look down at a lot of people since she's so tall so she often asks them to stand on something or allow her to kneel.

Personal history
Silverbrow was raised with her centaur cousins in a glave in the Nessian woods and was a druid of her people. They were less concerned with the polies and government and instead kept to themselves. However, as time passed Silverbrow received visions from Nylea and understood the need for a go-between who would pass on the God's words and wisdom and work with Setessa to achieve harmony with nature and protect against grave threats. She's been filling that role for decades, maybe even centuries now. She's been drawn to the special place that is the Nexuses of the Seasons in Setessa near the Nessian Woods where Nylea has told her they need guidance. Because she is a bit disconnected from the mortals around her, she can be a bit unemotional and forgetful of the traditional plight of mortals.
