Nefeli Andreli- Mayor of Neolantin
High Priestess, Your Grace
Nefeli Andreli is the mayor and high priest of Neolantin and a devout follower of Heliod while maintaining a healthy respect for Thassa as a ruler of a town right on the sea. Nefeli preaches honor and loyalty among her citizens to the gods, especially Heliod, and to the polis Meletis that helps them to survive with loyal trade and forces that patrol the coast. It is strict and law-abiding, wise but blunt, and as proud of her town as she is lives in fear that the people will grow as arrogant and those in Olantin and fall into the watery depths just like it did. As a result of this, she highly restricts magic usage in the town, preferring strongly that people only practice what the gods have bestowed to their chosen, i.e. clerics, priests, paladins, divine champions.
She lives alone in the tower-like center building of the town and regularly takes meetings with the Neolantins and those coming from Meletis in the large meeting chamber established at the foot of her building.
