Phaedra

Worked in a workhouse in Akros, stole a falcon from a Setessian trader, ran into the wilderness. Upon finding the bird had been stolen the trader chased after her, not to reprimand her but because he was fearful that the bird would attack someone untrained. However he came across the young girl and the bird holding a conversation, seeming in complete control of the animal. The trader took the girl back to Amatrophon where she learned to care for and train the animals. She has been blessed by Nylea a with a particular skill with animals. Ever since that first day that falcon, whom she called Sabre, has been her constant companion. Although by far the youngest member of the council, she is known to be a rational voice in all matters and always seems to have more knowledge than one would expect.
