Niketa

A master archer, blessed by Nylea . Known for being able to shoot an apple at over 300 feet. She was a soldier of Bassara Tower all her life, on an expedition to kill some poachers in the Nessian wood she came across a badly wounded dryad. She killed the poacher and carried Anuthei back to Silverbrow for healing. Her wounds were bad enough to need healing over many weeks, during which time she stayed in Niketa’s ho use. The two bonded and began a relationship. However dryads are not ones to be held down for long, after a few years Niketa found a letter that Anuthei had ran back to the forest to be with her people. Heart broken Niketa now rarely leaves her tower other than for council meetings, often to be found staring out into the Nessian wood, bow in hand. She is naturally distrusting of others and often one to advise not taking a council matter that may put the city, or her, at any risk.
