History
Tepin grew up in Fairbay and has a sizable farm where he raises boar among other things.
Tepin hired Group 4 to help rid his farm of kobolds who had attacked, which they easily dispatched.
Description
He is a little older, siffling with allergies and riding a large dog called a carmeline which is part dog and part bear. Tepin is well known around Fairbay.
