Lucius Meridian was the Mayor of Overdale for many years and was the picture of excess and corruption.

Lucius depended on the people around him for virtually everything, mostly due to his inability to get out of his giant chair. The very act of doing this in the middle of an argument with Malchus caused his heart to explode and pushing the group to flee Overdale for the first time.
