Arc 4 - Episode 30, Firebrand
The Glass Ceiling
General Summary
29th of Reng'we, just after midnight
After their meeting with The Raven the party heads back to the headquarters and raids the armory.
Each finds something of value: the largest of which is a war chariot named "Inferno" found by Calypso and is kept at a warehouse on the way to the docks.
On arriving at the drug shipment warehouse they meet The Raven on the roof and plan to crash in via the glass skylight.
Gwen leads the attack by bursting through the glass and gaining the attention of everyone.
The fight turns in favor of Blight and his crew as one by one the party and The Raven fall. Paxton is killed by a ferocious hit by one of the drow assassins.
Calypso runs to get Inferno as things fall apart.
As Bo falls, the unstable bomb in her backpack begins to detonate but is thrown outside by Blight.
The Raven also perishes from her wounds before the fight ends.
The party is awoken by being slapped awake, hanging from their feet and captive. Calypso sets Inferno into battle wagon mode and crashes through the wall of the warehouse spraying crossbow bolts everywhere killing all of the thugs.
Gwen transforms, breaking her bindings and helps everyone down. The group loads everyone into the vehicle and charges back out headed for the closest church in an attempt to help Paxton.
