General Summary
8th of Reng'we
After Martha brings Linda back Cave contacts his patron, explains the jungle curse and asks for it to be placed on Harmon Hale instead.
The group rests for the night in the remains of the hut, intending to leave for Newbury in the morning.
9th of Reng'we
The party makes it to Newbury later at night. Chapman and Floss go to the apothecary, Linda and Cave go to an inn for dinner.
Later, a couple thugs approach the table and ask Chapman to step out into the alley. Apparently his great uncle Dreyfuss has passed and left Chapman with 11,000 gold in debt. Chapman counters with throwing a ring at their feet and transforms into a lizardfolk.
The thugs run off with the ring and Chapman is forced to hide in the cart in the Bends armor until the party comes to find him.
