General Summary

Linda begins to organize her office while Cave and the others search the mine. Cave investigates an old locked door and manages to chisel a large ruby out of the wall. After his discovery, he talks to Katy-Belle (aka Spanky) who is the local geologist and asks her to start the team prepping on how to mine the rubies. Back up top the group reconvenes to decide what to do next. They all head back down and begin to search some other tunnels. Finding a large cavern with signs of a scuffle. After triggering a rock fall and seeing what could be a corpse behind a rock the group decides to retreat back and regroup. Before Spanky leaves on a mission to find a buyer for the rubies, she asks if she can make an attempts to unlock the ancient door. Cave agrees and after much contemplation, Spanky barely touches the door when a large spike stabs out and goes cleanly through Spanky's head killing her instantly.
