After barely surviving the encounter with the polar bears, the party regroups in a nearby cave. Spotted through the ice and now of a wall, a frozen, gloved hand can be seen. In the hand is a spear that radiates magic.
After taking some time to recover, they eventually find their way to Sont and are invited to a meal and to meet Yalna's father.
They are told more about the drumming sound Yalna asked them to investigate and other mysteries that may be related.
