The cult believes in liberation through undeath and the darkness of night. To achieve its goals it has sought and corrupted those drawn to darker paths adn people dissillusioned by current or former deific beings.
They usually target people involved in the following of the Moonweaver, Corellon or entities tied to them through the fey realm. Reason for this is a close guarded secret, for the cult has sprung around a former fey high lord turned powerful Lich.

The Red hand.
a small sect of the vampiric variety. The Red Hand is led by the notorious Vampire lord Lennix Graustow those wish power over swaths of mortals might feel drawn to the cult
