Structure
The central headquarters remains inside the elven capital in The Eternal Forest coordinated by the Archkeeper, while an occasional request is made from the central headquarters. The majority of decision making is decentralized between its multiple branches scatter across the world who will send relics and recorded documents to the central headquarters for storage.
The different branches can vary in size and purpose every branch will maintain a Master Keeper who is responsible for the branch.

Seekers - Seekers who work primarily as independent pairs from the rest of the organization, they are responsible for following rumors and reporting them to their branches if the rumor is deemed creditable. They have the most autonomy of class and are given is pretty high authority in most maters over the other three classes, the most common case where this will not be true is when overruled by guardians in the name of safety precautions.
Guardians - Guardians units will most commonly consist of a Guardian Captain, 1 Guardian and 1-2 Adepts and they are responsible for maintaining the safety of the relics, recorders, adepts and seekers under their care. Guardians are dispatched for protection details and clearing out areas where relics are guarded by monsters, bandits or any other sort of threat.
Recorders - The most common of the three primary classifications recorders split their time between staying at headquarters and chronicling, detailing, and studying relics and trips with guardians to specific dig-sites or dungeons to record information and details. They yield expertise to guardians and seekers majority of adepts will apprentice with one recorder for at least some time.
Adepts - Adepts make up majority of the organizations and remain the lowest rank in the organization, will be in one of two stages of development, clerical or apprentice. A clerical adepts duty will be to support the organizations in a variety of low skill, menial or repetitive tasks most members will spend at least some time as a clerical adept. Eventually they will be taken on as an apprentice where their job in addition to their clerical duties they will begin training for one of the higher ranking positions.

The organization believes in observation and preservation, they will under no circumstances alter the course of major events, but will preserve everything they can about the truth of the events.

Public Agenda
The goal of The Recorded Truth is to record history, while the organization is primarily focused on exploring lost ruins scattered throughout the world of Alyah their mission to record history has often taken them into translator roles in negotiations and observers in military campaigns while not their primary purpose they see it as all part of one mission The Recorded Truth.
History
While incredibly popular in their homeland in the eternal forest their history is fraught with troublesome claims or stolen relics, inaccurate records and manipulating the course of events. The Recorded Truth denies these claims attributing them to bad actors trying to prevent their greater mission. Even still these claims have left them with mixed approval amongst the worlds leaders and other organizations and such The Recorded Truth is not always welcome as they can often be considered a bad omen.
