Directly south of the Insunovis Territory lies an abandoned fishing settlement with a name long lost to time. dilapidated jetties and piers lie in the harbor while a constant high-pitched hum can be heard in the distance... The stilted buildings on the shoreline are partially rotted and covered in sharp barnacles, but the worst things are believed to lie underneath those murky, blood-soaked waters. Some who have foolishly adventured there speak of a call and a constant gaze over one's shoulder. One such individual has even claimed to have seen a massive humanoid form in the distance, rising from the fog-covered waters of the abandoned town in the earliest hours of the morning. In truth, this myth is not beyond the realm of possibilities considering it is centered on the edge of the Phase Lands, but the officials overlooking the Insunovis Territory are either too afraid or uncertain to send even a single scout to investigate.

The sightings of the alleged Leviathan of Insunovis are spotty at best, but all of them tell of a behemoth humanoid creature that lurks beneath the waves of the abandoned fishing town to the south of the Insunovis Territory.
