The Urgok Hierarchy

The government of the Urgok on Uralakh. It is in theory a Meritocratic Democracy but it is de-facto a Mageocracy where those without magical strength find it difficult to gain and hold positions of power. 
The Hierarchy claims the entirety of Uralakh as their rightful domain, though the effective control they hold over the planet begins to wane the further north and south one goes from the equatorial ocean and is effectively null by the time you reach the tundras surrounding the north and south poles.
