Strategic Outlook

Compiled by Commander Zhou (General 15)   Kingdom of Longshan With only three counties ruled by two monarchs and a grandmaster the kingdom of Longshan is undoubtadly the smallest and weakest of the four kingdoms. They make up for it in potency. Grandmaster Ghang is probably the least powerful of three, but as an exceptional smith can outfit himself with a plethora of artifacts to cover any situation. Monarch Li is a powerful Earth cultivator, and while he has only ascended relatively recently he is capable of fighting equally with monarchs of far more experience. Monarch Li is probably the most potent single cultivator in the Four Kingdoms able to destroy anyone foolhardy enough to enter into combat with her. Three more grandmasters have recently ascended, but have yet to make their mark in the region.   The weakness of Longshan is their lack of armies. Unlike most kingdoms that have a plethora of armies and not enough high level cultivators to cover them all Longshan has the exact opposite problem with barely enough troops to garrison their own lands much less claim enemy territory.   Total Forces 2 Monarchs, 4 Grandmasters 10 Regiments   Kingdom of Lugong Before there were Four Kingdoms Lugong was the weakest of the Three Kingdoms. And the civil war set off by the death of the old king has not helped. Still they do have a substantial fighting force and ever since the peace treaty Yi Xinyi has been working hard to reorganize the army. The kingdom has six grandmasters. It used to have seven, but Zheng Yijun has recently ascended into being a Monarch in her own right. A powerful resource for the kingdom, but also somewhat destabilizing.   However the true strength of Lugong is their army. They have many infantry regiments and cavalry mounted on their famed demon horses. The sheer numbers allow them to mob cultivators of higher realms cultivators that attempt to stand and fight. Though they can just be whittled down if those same cultivators are allowed to pick their targets at will.   Total Forces 3 Monarchs, 7 Grandmasters 20 Regiments 3 Divisions   Kingdom of Tiangong One of the strongest of the local kingdoms the Kingdom of Tiangong has long been a major player in the region. They are blessed with an abundance of grandmasters and a powerful imperial in Guanyu Fu. In his prime he launched several major conquests that expanded the kingdom to its present size. Although he has never been able to find a suitable successor his accession to Imperial has given new life to the kingdom and its ruler.   Tiangong has sufficient armies for its size, but it has long prized the quality of its cultivators over its mortal forces. Still the kingdom covers enough territory that even a moderate force from each of its provinces totals to a significant combined presence.   Total Forces 1 Imperial, 14 Grandmasters 16 Regiments 2 Divisions   Kingdom of Baishan The undisputed champion of the Four Kingdoms is Old Baishan. With not just one or two, but seven monarchs it is quite capable of crushing any of the other kingdoms. Under them are thirty two grandmasters though the relative peacefulness of Baishan means that many of them are not the warriors that the grandmasters in the smaller kingdoms are.   Through sheer size Baishan can field an enormous number of soldiers. They have no particular specialty other than mass quantity, but they have can throw far more bodies at a problem than any of the other kingdoms.   Total Forces: 7 Monarchs, 32 Grandmasters 28 Regiments 7 Divisions 1 Legion
