The Cerulean Constellation Sect Early Grandmaster / Three Stripes (Fire/Wood/Lunar) Grandmaster Fu is the kingdom's foremost formation expert. Although she has little ability in combat there are few willing to enter an area that Grandmaster Fu has had time to prepare her formations in. Not that any would attack her as almost every sect in the kingdom is protected by one of the Cerulean Constellations defensive formations giving them a strictly neutral position in the kingdom's politics.
