Back at base, planning commences. A staff meeting is held, and the foreman of The Underground Ale Road, Norman Roberts, shares the deal with Highwater. The shipment is to be delivered the next day, on the 9th, to the back of the Highwater Shipping Offices. The group decides they should see to this personally, but in disguise.
The Ruby Vials are also studied, with strange runes carved on them. Similar to the previous Cultist Runes, Jaxxon and Gildar set about looking them over. Gildar decides to note them down in his magical book, one gifted by Algulloth. The runes react in different ways, including showing shifting hand paintings of a city skyline, and some musical notes.
Kravok, being associated with stories, music and working in Inns for entertainment, is approahced about the musical notes. Not being from Arden, he has little knowledge on how to read them, but knows someone who can. He heads out to find his contact.
The Nelheim Piper, a fancier estblishment in Ardenholt, is where Kravok finds his fellow bard: a young human by the name of Laurence Scott. Laurence instantly recognises the tune, saying it is one that has come to him a dream. He shares it with Kravok, who has a vision of his own.
A letter is sent to Lacrimosia, telling her about the groups findings. After Kravok returns, he frantically starts writing. The rest of the day the group takes some much-needed rest, but Zan does recieve a mysterious letter that he does not share with the group.
