Session 57 - The Trial of Brenlazar

The evening is spent with some relaxation as food and baths are had. Jaxxon locks himself in his room, and starts... experimenting. The group also finds what they think is a secret passage next to their rooms, but cannot find the entrance.

During the night, as the group rests, something escapes Jaxxon's room. Made up of skeletal remains of a birds skull, rats body and crab legs, the creature escapes in to the Ivory Palace.

The next day arrives, and at 14:00, Brenlazar stands trial. Fendan does not attend, being escorted away by the Delestari Ambassadors.

With three high-ranking Nobles of the Iron Ring present, the group makes its case against the accusations. Just as it seems they have won the Nobles over, Jaxxon takes the floor, and accuses the Nobility of double-standards and racism. This slight is too much for the Nobles, who command that the group is exiled. They are taken back to their guest quarters to await the carriages in the morning....
