Session 17 - Xaphia's deal, Back to the Ghost House and the Sewers

On the evening of the 13th, at The quill Inn, the Dark Elf Xaphia asks to join the party, also seeking a route south of the city. She gives her last name as "Dhalequeli", and informs the group she has business with the Dwarven Kingdom of Rhyk-Durgen. The group agrees to escort her.

The next day the group returns to the Haunted House. After some ghostly encounters (and an unfortunate fall resulting in Bren's green iguana getting squished), the group makes it through the cellar to the secret tunnel. It appears to break out in to an old sewer section, and the group continues.
