Rivalren River

With its source hidden within the Minydenn Mountains and the mouth found in Lighthaven, the Rivalren River flows straight across the Province of Telmar. Joined by the Midwood River, it has provided a strong trade route in previous years, and a means to transport resources to Lighthaven. Near the mountains, the river cuts through Golding Wood, providing rich soil for the trees and plants. It also has provided good soils further downstream, resulting in a vast amount of farmland around Lighthaven and the hamlets around the town.

The middle section of the river meanders slightly and has created a small amount of water-logged land; not quite a swamp but definitely marshy in areas. This area of the river is seldom ventured to, as many dangerous creatures like to dwell here. It is not uncommon to find small tribes of Sahuagin living here, using the rivers waterways to raid the nearby villages.
