A wandering salesman who buys things at pawn shops in the Spiderweb District of Lesima before going out into the countryside around the city to sell his wares to the uneducated rubes. He bought Alexi's pendant at the shop, among other things, and was trying to sell it at Welton when Father Merriksonn noticed what it was.
