Star Lake Island

An island that is sacred to the various tabaxi clans scattered across the realm. Once a month, members of each tribe meet up on the night of the full moon to discuss news and events. Although each clan is loyal to the city state in which they live near, they are culturally aligned for rituals such as these.
Star Lake Island is in neutral territory, unowned by any city state. The tabaxi clans make sure that it goes uninhabited; and trespassers who decide to step foot without their consent are punished for it. Only members of the tribes may enter this island and only on nights of the full moon. It is quite intriguing; I should hope one day that this institute acquires a scholar from the clans so that we may get insight on what occurs on this island.
