Haunted House of Donaghy's Port

The haunted house investigated by the gang. Supposedly an alchemist used to live there, one who wanted to transmute gold. He disappeared 20 years ago, and since then the place has been a creepy landmark of the town. The town is hoping to tear it down to use for agriculture, but rumours swirl around of severe hauntings in the area recently. Is this Alexi, the man the gang are looking for?
