Val'andra'as was born on September 13th 1155 to Human mother Valtyra.

On September 13th, 1155, eight minutes past eleven in the morning, Valtyra gave birth to a beautiful and healthy baby girl, named Val'andra'as. The small Druid village, deep in the Shilmista Forest (Southern Sword Coast), will spend the next two days celebrating this baby's birth, as per their custom. She is the first child of the year to be born.   A point of mystery remains. Who is the father? Why does Valtyra not mention him at all? Why did she not mention her pregnancy?
