Rumors and stories have now been abound for a number of years regarding a new Elven kingdom rising in the deep woods of the Thas'Doran peninsula. These stories stoke the historical and nationalistic sentiments among many of the 'Lowborn' elves still in poverty among the human kingdoms, leading to harsh crackdowns in some quarters. In some places well resourced elven rebel groups begin low level conflict with their overseers who they view as occupying their historic lands.
