Mazalia
Mazalia is the farthest southern extension of the empire, beyond which lies the Heshardi Steppes, occupied by a fiercely independent group of nomads for which the region is named. Mazalia itself is built in the mouth of the great river Ustari, and houses the largest port outside of the Imperial City itself. It is typically the launching point for trading vessels rounding the southern tip of Sirene to trade with the cities of the High Kingdom, as well as a staging point for some of the colonies the empire has founded in The Green Hell.
