Demons

The true origin of demons remains unknown, but they are certainly ancient, almost as old as the Spirits themselves. Some think they spawned from the nightmare of one of the Gods, but whatever the case may be, they have certainly fueled the nightmares of many mortals. However, most demons are confined to the Abyss, and are only able to leave it if summoned, or by other magical or extraordinary means.
